Very helpful in getting my loans and setting up a payment plan that truly works with my budget! There was no hassles no fuss not a lot of paperwork! Quick and easy! Randy was very nice until I received my loan. After having a great payment history up to this point I delayed a payment to give my family a good Christmas. I called, explained that my payment would be two weeks late and gave him the exact date I would make the payment with all applicable late fees. He ignored everything I said and continuously tried to talk me into making a payment at that time. Our conversation got heated so he had his partner call me at home and work every day afterwards until the day I made the payment as promised. After I made my payment and my loan was current they sent me a late payment notice. With this kind of treatment and the high interest rate, One Main is definitely not worth borrowing from.

Applied and was denied cause of Student loans.. Save you credit score plugging!!!

Hi, I am not Harro Barrante but I have used this service often and I find the staff quite pleasurable. I haven't been as much since the changes via Springleaf but even then I find Tammy always nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Please promote her.

Stay away from this place!!! When my aunt, who is elderly, needed money to pay medical bills, they loaned it to her at an outrageous interest rate. The manager is never in the office. Staff are totally incompetent when it comes to writing checks. Yes you have to sign a check when you give it to someone! Rude staff that are incompetent--bad combination!

Worst place ever!!!! Can not get help on anything they will not release a lien from years ago that was paid off... I will post on here every single day til I get the lease. I applied for it OCT 30 2019 when they said it was being mailed!!!! DONT EVER USE ONE MAIN!!!
