Rme Vme3Friendly tellers at the Big Lake location. I don't care however for the new way they process deposits without a deposit slip. The new way does not show itemized details about deposits anymore on the online account statement. What if I need to see what individual checks, etc. were deposited? Can't see that anymore. This is a customer benefit that has been taken away. What happened to providing good business for the customer?

Dustin steiner1Old National is just as bad as Wells, they withhold transactions and then send them through in what ever order they want so they can rack up overdraft fees. Klein Bank would never do that. Wish they would have stayed out of Big Lake.

Alissa Meagan1They love to withhold transactions until just the right time to make your balance go under, gotta make money some how I guess?

B W1Had the same thing happen to me, transactions are all over the place, there is no description to most of them. It seems they hold certain payments for whatever odd reason, run them through for overdraft later on and stack up the fees. So far there are 3 for petty, if not bogus amounts. Time to move elsewhere.
Response from the ownerWe appreciate you making us aware of your situation. We would like to learn more about the specifics of this issue so that we can help. Please give us a call or visit your local banking center.

ash m2I have had my check card closed 3x now due to a possible fraud threat. What happens is you shop at a store, that store gets a security breach, Kline Bank closes your card no matter what if you shopped there during that time frame. I feel that Kline bank is more worried about their bank and not the customer. There was NO indication that my card had any issues or was stolen but it gets closed anyway. 1x ok, 2x irritating, 3x NO! I pay all my bills online with my card number. I have my # memorized so I don't have to pull it out all the time, google has it saved for when I purchase online. Now I have to go thru 20 different updates! When I called they said there was nothing I could do and that I had the option of getting a credit or pre paid card instead... ok, no thanks!

D D1I would have to agree with the gal that said the bank cares more about themselves then there customers there new employees are not very educated as well have had a business bank account with them over two years and they still treat me poorly and charge me for things i should not be charged for! I do not recommend this bank to anyone I will be moving my business elsewhere!

Shea Sogard1Horrible bank, I would highly recommend staying away. There fees and charge are ridiculous. Your charges are not posted at the correct time or in the correct order and the customer service is not good.
