Very careless, made mistake with name 2 times (once trying to correct the first one, there was a kid who didn't really know much about what he was doing). They put whitener to correct it, but the document wasn't later accepted Avoid if possible

Highway robbery. Just go to a bank. We were rushed out before everything was completed and charged $150. They were also extremely rude.
