We love working with Mutual 1st. So helpful, very competitive with products and rates and available for questions. We also enjoy the options available for a Home Equity Line of Credit and Boat loans.

I got my vehicle financed through them it is a great place! Everybody’s super friendly! They have great service great people! I hope to one day buy a house in house financing for it through them!

They do not care about their customers. The loan team is rude, don't get back with you and treat you as if they are doing you a favor. Customer service is no longer common sense- fees are ridiculous. Closing my account at the end of the month. Sad as my family has been with them for decades. Not sure what management is spewing but it's clear the lack of customer service and poor customer culture comes from the top down. They are not respectful yours...

My first and only account and I love this place! Debit card came super fast and Ive never had a single issue. I love the family feeling that I get whenever i come here. I had my sister get an account here and im so glad I found this credit union.

Terrible bank. Currently looking at all the other options out there and will be switching soon. Don’t know why I’ve stuck with this bank for SOOO long. Customer service is terrible. People are rude. Their outsourced call center where they can’t access anything for you (Brings up more concerns) is more polite. They put you on hold forever or don’t answer their ONLY 1 phone number. Don’t respond to emails until days later. They never call you back when they say they will. Their online system is always down for days at a time for “upgrades”. But the online system is slow, hard to use, and designed poorly and no upgrade has improved anything ever. A couple months ago they cut their hours. Only 2 locations. You go out of town and set up with the bank to use your card and a pin and it gets declined and pin doesn’t work out of the country and you can’t access your funds for DAYS because it’s impossible to get ahold of someone and their hours are bad. Should I go on?? BEWARE!!!

I've been with this bank for nearly 5 years. The first couple we great. Since then however, I've dealt with nothing but problems. From having my car unrightfully impounded, with a poor apology for the situation, to low to no communication on my visa card account. This bank has shown no moral compass, and has shown that they truly do not care about their members whatsoever. Please save yourself the trouble, and bank elsewhere.
