Second time that I select MBH Settlement Group, this time for a refinancing and service has been great in both occasions. The team was extremely professional, answered all my questions and while it takes time to sign all the documents, very efficient with the process.

We had two settlements with MBH this month, our settlement Attorney for both, Richard H. Nguyen. We have been through this process many times over the years and have never had anyone provide that level of service. We encountered a number of challenges during one of our settlements, and though none were the fault of MBH or Richard himself, he took it upon himself to help us work through the issues. No matter when we called or emailed, he either answered right away or responded shortly thereafter, typically within minutes. Though I know he has many clients, he managed to make us feel as if we were his only one. Our experience with Richard was 5 Star+ and left us with a extraordinary reminder of what excellence and customer service looks like.

Rich Nguyen guided my wife and me through the closing of our home purchase. My wife and I have closed on four real-estate transactions in the last five years, and this was by far the smoothest and most enjoyable one of them. Rich is an excellent communicator who answered the questions I asked with confidence and precision, and we finished in an enjoyable and efficient 60 minutes. Rich's sense of humor and obvious focus on understanding his clients' needs made him a true pleasure to work with.
