      MBH was used on two separate occasions to try and close on a home, where one of the offers was rejected. Both times the staff was very professional, available and always answered any question I had about the process. Closing day was thorough and quick, but never felt rushed or hurried in any way. Again, all of the staff took the time to explain the closing process and even noted a discrepancy the day of that was addressed appropriately. Thank you for all of your help!
