Highly recommend JIM ALLMON with no reservations. With the craziness of RE market in NOVA buying a new house is stressful under the best of circumstances. It's even more stressful if you are from out-of-town, know little about the market and don't have the luxury of making too many trips to DC just to look at RE. Fortunately we found Jim Allmon, from Linton Hall Realtors, who was able to quickly assess what we wanted and then went to work. I mean really went to work. Since we could only come to DC on weekends, Jim would spend all week researching, lining up showings and would actually have 8-12 homes for us to look at in just one day that would meet our needs. That required immense preparation on Jim's part and a lot of back and forth emails between Jim and us. I firmly believe that mark of a good realtor is how much he/she engages with you through emails, texts and provides options and Jim is that guy. He was never pushy, in fact he has a very calm demeanor, but he views his job as a puzzle to solve and takes it very seriously. Nothing could have given us a better feel for the RE market than actually putting eyes on several homes, comparing prices, and eventually developing a comfort level with our decision to finally put in an offer. We had the privilege of selling our horse property with the assistance of Patty Stronko. Patty was recommended to us by a friend after several false starts with other realtors. Horse properties are unique, and require an understanding both of their value and of the needs of potential buyers. Our experience prior to Patty was with realtors who had likely never set foot on a horse property despite claiming otherwise. Patty took a look at the property, gave us an honest valuation (which happened to be what we were hoping to get), and within two weeks found a buyer. Being an older property it needed a few things to meet code and Patty found honest contractors to get things done quickly and for a reasonable price. She also oversaw the work when we couldn't be there. Best of all, she realized how much we loved the house and how hard it was for us to sell it and found buyers who fell in love with it as much as we had. I can't say enough about the support and care she took with our sale. Patty is one in a million when it comes to realtors!

I highly recommend Dler Snawy as a realtor agent. Me and my wife were introduced to Dler by a mutual friend very early in the process of buying our home. As a first time buyer and understanding the challenges with a home purchase, specially in a market like northern Virginia, we started very early in planning for getting the best deal possible. In our first meeting with Dler, close to one year before actually buying our home, he explained to us the entire process in great detail.
