But I must say while the phone experience was great, mu in person experience was 1000 times better. From the staff knowing my name when I came in to the relaxed feeling while there. I would like to thank LaTanya, Courtney and of course Ms. Angela for all the attention and attention to detail in handling my loan. Justus Media Marketing4Online process quick, simple. In branch, process was a bit lengthy. Also, was not informed insurance was additional $96 added to loan. This would have been nice to know it cost for the added service I was asked if I’d like to add. Just be sure to provide all information upfront… to ensure no surprises from consumers. Staff were nice.

Teresa Munson1I get the fact that you gotta have a good credit score but what I don't understand is the economy the way it is and people struggling how are we supposed to get something and get ahead if we can't get approved for a loan. I have a great job. I was down on my luck.
