james brewer1I was given an offer through credit karma with an outstanding approval rating. I responded online to there offer, they gave me my rates, I uploaded documents, e-signed everything, and then did not hear anything back for a couple days. Called branch and talked to Stephanie and I told her what all I did and she said well your approved but she can't pull up my account because I did it online. Then online told me to contact branch when I talked to danielle, who was very hasty and impatient, and she said ill see if I can get an approval. I thought I was already approved said Stephanie. A day later no call back or nothing then I finally get a response of a denial. Terrible experience and ill never respond to another credit karma offer nor will I promote anyone to ever use mariner finance, especially Shreveport Louisiana branch.
