Wouldn't give even one star. This place charged $40 something for a license. The dmv carges $17.50. They take advantage of the fact its hard to go through the dmv right now and said it's a "convenience fee". Just a greedy company!

Miss Linda was so helpful, kind and took her time explaining everything to me. Didn’t have to wait when I got there (around 12:30pm) and everyone else working seemed kind.

Very underwhelming. Was advised to use Auto title express in Shreveport, but they had a 2 week wait for appointments. So, I settled, and it cost me $1000 more by going here. Staff was not friendly, nor were they even helpful. When I asked about the $1000 difference from what I was quoted, the response was " well, you can go there instead". After spending $2800 i still got the attitude like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer. They did the job, but if I had it to do over, I would have saved the $1k and waited for the other appointment.

First time in I waited maybe thirty seconds IF that. I was helped by the sweetest most poised, respectful, patient and articulate woman. I wish I had asked for her name. She was super professional. Received my ID in 10 minutes. Convenience fee was $18 and it was well spent here! Highly recommend

I won't name names, everyone that answers the phone seems to be bothered and snarky. And it's only phone, their office isn't open to us. During this pandemic the OMV offices are closed so these "private offices" are the only option, and they do charge extra for their services. So they are getting paid and staying in business while many others suffer. I can't understand why everyone I talked to displayed such terrible interpersonal skills. Maybe I caught them on a bad day? No, it took 3 days of interaction to complete my business, and a 4th day for a follow up question. None were pleasant. My business was completed so two stars is the best I can offer. I only wish I could change the color of the stars from gold to brown.

This place is awesome. I needed to renew my I.D. and did not want to sit at the dmv for hours. The lady at the front desk greeted me and was very nice. There was absolutely no wait, and I was out of there in less than 10 min. I paid $36, but it was well worth it for the VERY QUICK SERVICE!! I will be returning for all of my dmv needs!!

I went here a few months back, on the recommendation of a friend, to get a title for a car that was donated to me. The lady that worked with me was fantastic! She was super polite and very helpful. I had no idea that it would be so simple or quick to get this transaction taken care of. I walked out with a new title, license plate, registration, and tag in less than 30 minutes. I will definitely continue to do business with them in the future and highly recommend their services.

After waiting at the DMV for 45 minutes only to be told they ran out of DV plates, I needed somewhere to get them. I found out about this place from someone at work. I went in waited for about 5 minutes and got everything taken care of in about 10 minutes. The lady helping me was super nice and explained everything in detail. Everyone there was professional and courteous. 100% better option & customer service for getting license/registration compared to the circus of the Bossier DMV. This place is a hidden gem.

Only discovered this place last year. Having a teenage son lose his license and having his license plates stolen is a headache. However, a bigger headache is going to the DMV and waiting in a room reeking of ineffective government bureaucracy. The cure to this headache? This place. All three times I have been I have been in and out in less than 10 minutes. The additional fee is well worth the time. I think it's around $15. I'm glad to pay that, not spend all day at the DMV and deal with nice, guest centered employees.

The First Lady on the right has to be the RUDEST person ever. Never will I go back to get anything done. If you are not happy with your job find something that makes you happy. Customer Service goes a long way in life.
