Michael Davis5My wife and I had a prior loan. Since the virus started. We got very sick. I lost hours, wife lost job. They were understanding and helped us refinance and get extra cash in order to cash up on our bills that we are a couple months behind on.

Bo Simms1Paid off my loan and they couldn't find my TITLE to my CAR! Are you kidding me guys! But wait, there's more... They sent me to the DMV 😱 to get a duplicate title with the incorrect information on their request form AND sent a check for the DMV (wait for the kicker) that was $short the fees due. I had to cover the rest! 3 hours of my life I cannot get back! Frustrated! 😢

AMY JONES1Worst customer service ever!! they are very nosey, ask far more personal questions than what is needed for loan approval!! They were THE ONLY company not willing to help with a payment deferment due to hurricane evacuation when my account has been in good standing for over a year. Once this is paid off I will NEVER use them again and definitely will NEVER refer any customers to them
