I gave a low rating not because of professionalism or bad attitude. The ladies are very nice, all but 1 I think. However, I cannot and will not endorse a place that sends people to court while Covid ramifications are still widespread. No one should be taken to court for loans, evictions or what not until the worse of the unemployment fallout from Covid has past. This simply an immoral thing to do right now and bewilders me that it's being done.

I absolutely love the ladies at loyal loans! Always friendly and will work with you about payments. I highly recommend them if you need a loan.

They are friendly and helpful when you need. Once approved you start small but allow to get bigger loan later on. It is cash only payments.

These people here are the best and I will keep working with them and referring family and friends to them. They helped me in a time of need when I couldn't figure out a plan and im just so thankful for therew service. I totally recommend the for ur helping needs.

The woman I spoke to today was really rude! She had a terrible attitude and wouldn't allow me to answer any of her questions! It was very unprofessional and for no reason. It upset me to the point that my hand was shaking. I literally do not know why she addressed me this way. I hope no one else has this experience.
