Marc Rolnick2The people in the bank itself are very friendly . But try and do something online is a complete joke. I paid a bill online, the bank showed it twice coming out when it should of been one withdrawal. I set up another bill pay, the bank took it out before the due date. And it wasn’t even the right amount so I know it wasn’t a mistake on my end.. but they refuse to acknowledge that. It’s ok for just a bank.. but don’t pay anything online.. you will get screwed
