Is a great deal to see here that the owner cares a lot about what the customers has to say and that he actually takes the time to answer to the reviews, very few places do this any more. I have been always treated by them in a friendly manner and with respect. It is the only Pawn shop I will go in a moment of need. In addition it's hard to find a clean Pawn like this. Very honest when it comes to make an offer. Again I will not go to any other. Great place also to find anything that someone will like to buy because it is a great selection of items in Love County Pawn. I am happy that I did find this place. I been doing business with ❤️ Pawn for many years. There were times when I had to UPS my interest ( rough times ), but they worked w me and took care of my items. They also have quality jewelry for sale as well as unique items and lots of collectibles! Just all around great place. ❤️Love County Pawn.

These guys are a joke! Keep telling my M-I-L "yeah we'll loan ya the money for your ring! Come on up!" She been there 3 times "We don't have any money right we will later today!" They are very, very unprofessional.... Oh she wasn't happy. Edit... They PROMISED to call her when they "Got the money" they'd call her.... Not one call, in 2 or 3 days....how does a pawn shop open if they have no money? I've been a pawn broker....never ever have I EVER run out of money. ...everytime, we don't have the money.... But, "I'll loan ya the money." get there...no money. "Well get more money in a few hours and I give ya call!" ......still no call.... Liars..... Sorry excuse for a pawn shop. When you treat her right.... I'll delete this review and post a better one...

I went into the shop and was greeted by a female that was working. She was so rude and was abt to rip me off completely on some jewelry I brought in. She never weighed the pieces or used the proper equipment to check the size and quality of the diamonds. The pieces were worth over 8 grand when purchased. She offered me 300! So sorry I ever went there. Won't be back even to purchase..

Owners were really nice. My boyfriend and I dealt with him more than the wife. He's a little more personable but both very helpful. Lots of really cool stuff. Beautiful jewelry. Comments are right. This place is a joke. Save your time & your gas if you have good items that you’re looking to pawn or sell. I brought in a new digital photography camera & he refused to even look at it bc he said his cameras don’t sell. You look in the case & they’re all older items & a tons of early 2000 camcorders. I’ve never been to a pawn shop Or work for a pawn shop that was willing to refuse service. Either Covid is making this business hurt or the employee/business owner doesn’t know the difference between sellable items & junk. I’d give this pawn shop 1 star for service and another bc I was atleast impressed with how clean it was. To the owner- get rid of junk and to make room for sellable items. Take advantage of Covid & declutter your business/ life maybe then you’ll get more business.

Horrible sales policy. Walked in ready to purchase several thousand dollars worth firearms. Presented my personal FFL paperwork and was willing to pay shipping and handling charges. They refused to sell to a federally licensed dealer? A 6 figure transaction? Guess they only sell to people that are questionable.

Walked in here and was not greeted. A man walked in a few seconds later and was greeted and asked if he needed any help. It was clear that I wasn't taken seriously since I'm 20 years old, but it's funny because it was my first time at a pawn shop and was actually going to purchase multiple items until I realized I wasn't taken seriously. Maybe hire less judgmental workers. My work would never let me pick and choose who I want to help. Ridiculous.
