We were really unsure how things were going to work out with a FSBO transaction, followed by a second transaction with a Realtor. Date was pushed back, which caused chaos, but they aren't the lender...so, what do you do? Susan was very nice, helpful in the front end - Sarah was great on the "back end" of things. Only issue we had is we must have misunderstood the time, ended up sitting in our vehicle for 1 hour due to COVID, couldn't be inside. Everyone we dealt with was in masks.

Attempted to utilize local business- delayed the closing by not responding to realtor and lender and then stated no one had reached out to them though all emails had been forwarded to me. Very rude and unprofessional.
