As a real estate investor in Florida I have been dealing with Trina for over 15 years. Prior to opening her own title company several years ago, she was the paralegal for my real estate attorney. I have bought and sold many properties in Lee County and Trina is my go to person. She is always aboveboard, professional, and responsive to my needs as her client. I have had to deal with other title companies at times when purchasing a home and have had some unfortunate experiences. Trina's the best!!

We Just purchased our 2nd Home in Cape Coral, Our closing was scheduled for a Friday. We had some delays due to paperwork from the bank. Tryna the owner worked relentlessly to get what we needed so we could close. She stayed 2 1/2 Hrs after closing time to make sure we didn't have to reschedule for Monday! We are a small business owner as well and we have much respect for the personalized service and dedication this company has to offer! You wont be disappointed!

With all the houses I have purchased in the past this closing was the worst by far. Can never reach the title company since it’s a one woman show. Received funds from lender and did not send to seller till the next day. Do not use this title company. Very unprofessional!

Trina is the ultimate professional. Friendly, knowledgeable, and fair. She handled the purchase of my home from start to finish. A true pleasure.
