Mr. Smith - I am sorry that you feel your contract was extended due to incompetence, however, we have no records of a file with you that closed or cancelled. Matter of fact no contract has ever been presented to our office with your name or a likeness to your name. I am sure that if you were actually dealing with us, Jackie would have spoken to you. JD Title & Escrow Services, LLC has never been a defendant in a court case and we do not "fight" lawyers. I believe you are either confused about which business you are reviewing or you are someone really upset with our success. As we can clearly see by another review you have posted that you were not in that company’s data base either, makes things not “add” up. If you would like to contact our office 239-984-5028 between 9-5 p.m. Monday through Friday, Jackie would be glad to discuss your actual issue with JD Title as it appears it’s not related to a real estate transaction or title insurance.

Amanda - JD Title would like to inform you that our normal operating business hours are Monday through Friday 9 am until 5 pm, we are closed on weekends and major holidays. Through an investigation of our phone records we found that many calls from your phone numbers were made to our office on nights and weekends, we do understand that buyers as well as sellers may have daytime employment that doesn’t not give them opportunities to make person calls; however any Voicemail messages are returned upon our next open hours. In addition any contract clarifications would need to be referred back to your realtor as we are not licensed real estate agents and can only inform you of what is in your contract. In your personal situation your issues of misunderstanding fall within an escrow agreement and not necessarily your contract. At this time your file is still unsettled and you have now refused to abide by your signed lender and title documents as far as the compliance is concerned. As we as title professionals understand that the home buying process is stressful we are also people that will not tolerate disrespect and screaming from a customer whom is not “getting their way”. Our office has since attempted to contact you to resolve the compliance issue and escrow issue to which your reply was - and I quote “I’ll deal with the bank myself” As of today that has still not occurred. Our staff would be happy to speak to you to finalize both issues, please call our office at your convenience. Thank you
