My working relationship with ITS started with Scott Halvorson more than 20 years ago. Since then, ITS Title has taken excellent care of thousands of closings for me and my team. I fully trust ITS Title and would recommend them as one of the best tittle companies in Utah.

I’ve been a real estate broker for over 23 years and have bought and sold personally another 30+ homes I’ve use various title companies over the years and hands-down the team at ITS title go above and beyond for their clients and agents. Their fees, service, responsiveness and value for details especially on tough transactions is beyond approach. The team and ITS have done Saturday closings late after hours to help clients work around work schedules and other conflicts, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, commercial etc.
