Heather Mierisch1I felt really jerked around by this dealership. Initially I had drove a 2013 Scion XB off the lot, with assurance the finance manager could finance me for the vehicle using the trade in of my 2015 Mitubishi Mirage. After a week of driving the car I get a call that they cannot finance me on the vehicle, but could get me into a 2016 Sonata. I didn't want to drive that car and agreed to come back to pick up my vehicle and to return theirs. On my way I got a text message saying "GREAT NEWS, we got you approved on your Scion XB." I was super annoyed because I had spent all day stressing that I wasn't able to get into the vehicle I wanted, that there were no other options for me outside of the Sonata which I didn't want or if I couldn't meet the monthly payments of at least $500 which I couldn't afford. I found it ironic the day I'm on my way to return the Scion and pick up my Mirage they "somehow" made the numbers work. I sat down with Dom Holeman who is supposedly a manager. He ran the numbers past me and the loan I would be getting into. This whole experience by now made me not want to buy a car from them, and the loan arrangement was putting me into unnecessary debt for a vehicle older than the one I was driving. I told Dom not to worry about it, that I'm just going to take my vehicle back. Dom told me I couldn't get my vehicle back, because I had signed the paperwork for the Scion XB initially when driving it off the lot. I told him because I hadn't officially transferred the point of sale from the Mirage to the Scion and pushed it through to the bank that no, the Mirage was still mine. He insisted I could not get my car back and that I had already made the deal. I felt interrogated and was on the verge of tears thinking I had accidentally gotten into a car arrangement without realizing it. I called my boyfriend in front of Dom telling him I didn't think I could get my car back and asked him what should I do. Dom stood up abruptly saying, "I never said that" and stormed out of the office. I followed him with my boyfriend on the phone while Dom walked abruptly in front of me. I paid for the week in mileage I had the Scion which is fine. I asked Dom 3 times to give me his business card and he didn't grab it for me. I asked the guy who gave me the receipt for the mileage and he obliged. They got my car off their lot, and all stayed inside while they unlocked the Scion from inside and watched me transport my things from the Scion to my car. None of them spoke a word to me and made me feel horrible for not wanting to purchase the vehicle. I will NEVER return to this place again. I was shaking and am rarely this upset.

Scotty Robinson1Typical dealer ship. Don't Buy EXTENDED WARRANTY. I purchased a truck from them knowing i was purchasing a ford truck with a 6.0 motor. I knew the EGR Valve and the Ficm (Fuel Injector Control Module) Would be going out within the next year because that is a common problem with that truck. So they pressured us into buying the extended warranty. I told them i would buy it if it covered those two parts. He assured me it would definitely cover those two parts. Well they went out 4 months after my truck purchase and yep you guessed it those parts are not covered 1600 dollars to replace them. The insurance they sold me was 2100 so now i am out 3700 bucks. I would take my money some where else. Or don't buy the warranty.

Jerrica Williams1My husband and I went to look at what they had for used vehicles. Instead of showing us any used, they insisted that we buy new. We repeatedly explained that we wanted used but they never showed any. We also gave them our budget and the cheapest vehicle they showed us was $4000 OVER what we were looking for. On top of not listening to our requests, they used very unprofessional language. I would not recommend these salesmen. It was a total waste of time.

Eric Frost5We have been shopping for a new car for about a year and finally narrowed it down to a Mitsubishi outlander GT. Unfortunately there are no local Mitsubishi dealers. The nearest dealer that had the car we wanted was about 150 miles away. Karl Malone Mitsubishi is near where my sister lives so I wanted to stop there first and see what pricing they might offer. Coincidentally on the way there my older Mitsubishi started making a lot of noise in the left front wheel. When we arrived at 5pm on a Friday the service center diagnosed the nose as a wheel bearing failure but they wouldn't be able to schedule a repair until Monday. Thankfully Casey was able to find a local supplier that had the correct part in stock and made arrangements for them to stay open so I could pick it up after closing time making it possible for me to repair it myself. While we sorted that out my wife looked at outlanders and options. Our salesman Yoi was pretty chill which was nice. No pushy sales tactics or nonsense. We knew what we wanted and he helped us find it. Jake the sales Manager negotiated a price that we liked so we made a deal. Now all I need is Mitsubishi to bring back the Montero.
