Love this credit union! The employees are EXCEPTIONAL. We met Maria first and were SO impressed. She’s very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Darlene stepped up when Maria was off and is equally a great addition to the staff there. Next, we’ve had extensive dealings with Mary and she is a (very fun) gem. Guided us through a lot of confusion and FIXED everything. Debbie and Lorrie are always very friendly and helpful as well, whenever we’re at the branch and the whole crew is stellar, as I’m sure Peggy will be too. We’ve dumped all the banks we’ve dealt with due to issues and problems and since there were never any with Florida Central Credit Union, we moved everything here and have not looked back. Thanks so much !

I have been with this credit union for a year now and I've had nothing less then excellent customer service. Debbie has especially been helpful with advice on car loan, getting me in touch with a financial advisor who travels from Tampa when when we need to meet, and has always been a true professional. I'm here to stay, it's always nice to walk into a place where they all know you.

They're like any other financial institution they have better rates on loans a financed my solar and my second mortgage with them. Rate was acceptable at the time I have recently refinanced when it went below 2%. They have good staff people are nice but like any other financial institution their interest rates for your money suck. They have financial vehicles for annuities, 401ks, life insurance policies etc

Highly recommend this Bank. Such a great team of work efficiency, patience, they explain you everything in a very nice environment. Toda I had such great experience with Darlene and Debbie they're the sweetest and super professional. They guide you and explain for you to take the best decisionwithI your money I have been with them since I moved to Florida and I'm very satisfied with the customer service. My husband and I have been doing all of our banking with for a few decades now but I'm about to pull all of our money out and go somewhere else. Every time I go into the very few Florida Central Credit Union locations in Southwest Florida there's always one teller that's handling the lobby customers and the driving customers and then I drove all the way there today on a Saturday and the credit union in Port Charlotte Florida was always open on Saturdays from 9:00 until 12:00 and I get here and they're closed. The customer service at this credit union has been going downhill rapidly for several years. I'm about through with this credit union horrible horrible customer service they have minimal branches in Southwest Florida and their customer service stinks whether you're going in the lobby or in the drive-thru

To get the Best Banking Customer service go in the Port Charlotte branch and see MARIE, she is the BEST TELLER. Marie always has a smile and always remembers every member's name!

Florida Central Credit Union, Port Charlotte, takes care of their members from beginning to end; and depending on your service, they give you money!!! The staff are a family and have ALWAYS treated me like one. I will always be a FCU Girl!!!

Terrible office! If I hadn't been with this credit union for so long I would have opened an account at a different credit union. Signed in with a time of 1:32 watched an employee go to lunch just to be skipped by a 2 adults and 2 children who walked in AND signed in after me. Clerk just sat there like a deer in headlights still not trying to rectify the situation. Only came here because it was near my house. I would have been better off driving to the Sarasota branch where they are friendlier and more accomodating. Call Natalie Chatman at Cattlemen branch if you want superior customer service.

At Beyond Wxyz we deal with Florida Central Bank and their staff all the time. We always have 5 star service but a few of our staff members could not stop complaining about the terrible customer service they received from Banker Lorraine S Wong. So for this we have to provide a 1 star review for her service.
