Very un professional group of individuals glad to accept the payment told me to get a lawyer if I wanted my ins. and deed because I wouldn't sign a liability release because Jennifer didn't research the title correctly

Lots of miscommunication between them and my mortgage company delayed closing twice. Told at closing that a cashier's check was required which also caused me an extra out of town trip and time off work. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
