The bank participates in “rent a bank scheme” which allows predatory lenders to use the banks charter status to charge 100% interest rate(do a google search). The government will soon be after them.

This is a dirty bank. They charge outrageous interest rates. I don’t know how Employees sleep at night knowing what they’re doing. Just embarrassing.

I would give negative stars if I could to keep people from this company. They are predictor that partner with a usury loan company. They are charging APR of 93% and after 13 consecutive payments you can get lower it lowered by 2% after almost 2 years of paying on the loan we have paid only $900 to the principle The rest of the $5827. Has been paid to interest. This bank partners with a company called Personify Financial PO Box 208417 Dallas, TX, 75320-8417 They are only go through this bank because the predatory lender and Usery laws are a little more laxed when it comes to an agreed-upon contract in the state of Utah but the company is actually has an address in Dallas Texas and also in San Diego California I didn’t know my husband had looked into this and excepted this or I would’ve stopped him immediately so double double check what you read before you agree

My husband was just approved for a credit card for Fry's Electronics. Everything is in black and white with the paper work they gave us when we were approved. I don't understand all the people giving this place negative reviews. If you cannot afford something, why get a credit card? They have online bill pay, or over the phone. Your due date is the same day every month. If you do some simple math you can calculate how much you can pay to charge as little interest as possible and get the item you bought... Seems like many people got a credit card that's has a high interest rate not realizing that you have to pay at least $300 a month on your item to make it worth it. This is a credit builder card. Obviously if you have better credit, you wouldn't be getting this card. Use your brain people. Anyway. The Card is great as a first time card and is in our budget. We sat down and calculated what we needed and we applied for this one. We bought a $1550 computer. We will be paying $300/month for 6 months and only pay $126 interest. I took off one star because they really need to update their website.

Didn't know, but I signed the contract which allows them to charge $1 per paper statement! Devious Fine Print! The Toll-Free Number on the statement automatically hangs-up while you are waiting to talk to a Customer Service Rep! This happened 3 times! I googled their regular phone number. Got hung-up the first try. I tried again, finally got a live person. This customer service rep was patient enough to walk me thru the online sign-on process, my bills would be paperless. Now, I have to remember to log-on to check my balance & due dates!

Worst bank you could possibly open a credit line with. I opened a line with them that was supposed to be differed interest on my purchases for the first six months. Since February I've been charged $120 of interest. I'm paying it off completely and making sure to get my lawyer to read through their bloody contract. Customer service representatives along with their managers must have to meet a quota for ripping you off since they're not willing to help out.

They have the worst customer service possible. The woman on the line had nothing but attitude with me when all I had was a few questions about the interest charge on my account and why it was so high. She said it was because I was being charged interest that was accumulated over the year and I was being charged interest for the left over balance. So I was being charged for two different interests. She kept saying that "differed interest" is placed everywhere so I should have known about the double charge. They have "differed interest" written on the Account summary page and on statements but no where does it describe what this charge actually is for or how it is added up. For all I knew, the differed interest was the only extra charge I was aware of and I thought it was only going to charge interest on my current balance. This is my first credit card/payments I have ever had and the woman rudely assumed that I knew what this was but I had no clue because it is explained no where on their website or statements. Let's just say after I pay my account off, I will not be using this card/bank ever again.

I would give less stars if possible. Their "security" for the site does nothing but create barriers to pay them and it seems like they don't actually want your money, not without trying their best to get you stuck with late fees. I'm paying early now literally just because of the hassle I've had with this bank and their "website" in the past. Literally f these guys in the a.

Deceitful how is your bank allowed to do business ndard this bank is duplicitous and let me update apparently it's okay to run this kind of evil osity from you. As long as you're not running it on Utah people they look at California and think of them as all evil so no matter what they do they're in the right but they lie how about business transactions they lie about the numbers you gave them whatever fits their calendar of accounting is what they serve so are the people in Utah better than other people no are they getting over on other people more often than not I don't know. the grand lesson is do not get your credit card the same place where you buy your hardware. that's it point-blank you don't have to explain to your kids farther than that finger painted macrame make a pillow out of it and a bumper sticker whatever you want to do but the separation of financing and the widgets that they offer is not going to come out well for you those two are coming from the same place
