Jessica Potter1Ok well I had accounts here but late December they just closed my accounts for no reason. **I said why I need a reason why u closed my accounts. Oh we don't have to hy a reason. Most people acted like rude mean people anyway plus their fees are high. 35 plus daily 7a day if overdrawn. Maybe they just don't like me. Oh my gosh🙂

lynn grinage2I have been a customer at First Bank Kansas since the early 1990's and until recently I have been very satisfied. I do almost all l my banking online. In the past few months, ever since they changed to Quicken, they have made banking online so complicated, time-consuming, and difficult that I am checking out other banks and will be leaving First Bank Kansas very soon. Each and every time that I try to access my account online, it tells me my computer is not "registered" and I have to go through a huge hassle to "register" the same computer over and over just to do something as simple as check my balance. If you want to do your banking online, do yourself a favor and go someplace else. That's what I'm doing.

taylor swanson1If there was a possibility to rate this bank any lower I would. What a bunch of rude morons that work here. I have never in my life had to go through what I have with this bank. They never contact to let me know about changes they are making to my account, hold money without informing me. Make mistakes on their end but then want me to sign paperwork saying I’ll take the blame. And continually harassing me about things they messed up on. What a horrible horrible horrible bank and even worse customer service.
