      Stephanie helped me through the process all within like 2 hours and most of that was me gathering the documents they require. She went through the entire contract with me so I fully understood what was going on and after that the money was in my account before I even got off the phone.       Saymi has excellent customer service. I have benn to this DLC a few times over the past year and have been helped by a few different people and ahe definitely has the best service so far. Very intent on listening and hearing what you are saying so she can help you the best she can. Will definitely be coming back to this DLC just because the customer service here is better than a few of the others like the one in Syracuse

      The individuals in this branch made things very hard for me to get a small lan that I was going to payback within days. They we e very condescending and the supervisor quickly had an attitude with me over the phone. Very disrespectful and I went ahead and used another provider.
