What's the point of having a drive thru that closes the same time as the inside? Its really disappointing that the drive thru no longer stays open til 530pm. I work til 5pm and have to drive 20 minutes to get home. I'm 30 I've had my account since 18 and never had an account anywhere else. This change has me considering others banks/credit unions. Seems like the company is more interested in saving on labor hours rather than make things more convenient for the customers. I mean even if you'd kept the drive thru open til 530pm on Fridays when people get paid that would be a little more convenient. I hope someone of importance sees this and makes a change immediately because I'm absolutely livid.

Like others have already pointed out, it has been an inconvenience for some customers since the bank changed their drive-thru hours from 5:30-5:00 P.M. This has become a huge problem for those of us who need to get to the bank throughout the weekdays---we simply can't! The drive-thru is open on Saturdays until 12:00 P.M., thankfully, but that doesn't help those of us who need to make deposits sooner. Perhaps the bank can come to some sort of compromise, as another person has already suggested, and at least keep the drive-thru open until 5:30 for just one of the days Mon-Fri (preferably Fridays). It would help us out tremendously!
