Extremely helpful and professional services here. Mary Ann was wonderful throughout the whole process of getting our survey done and then all of the paperwork for the closing of our house. She spent an hour and a half explaining and going over all documents with us. My husband and I are first time home buyers, so we were so unsure about much of the process. Between Court Square Title and Cheryl Sprangel (our realtor), we were in very good hands.

Called On a time restraint and was not trying to go with a general attorney trying to “Figure it out”. Needed a professional who does it everyday and deals with the finances and agents/ builders repeatedly.
