WORST TITLE COMPANY EVER!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!! We had a file that was supposed 05-17-19. Come to find out Virginia our title agent never even ordered a title search. She was saying the seller had a lien on the property which we later find out was false as well. Please stay away your file will not get taken care of here and there are much better companies out there.

Bought a house with these people and almost had it siezed by IRS.. they mishandled documents and kept ignoring me when I was begging for their support and assistance but some lady called "Virginia" who was apparently handling my case ,started hiding from my calls.. I ended up paying the debt out of my own pocket😔.. they never called me left me in the storm by myself being a first home buyer.. Not cool guys come on..
