The employees were very welcoming and nice. They were very professional and got the job done. Everything was explained in detail on any questions we had during our closing and even when we didn't have any questions. The closing was very smooth and easy to get through. It was a great experience

The seller and Buyer has a fee at closing costs. For some reason I noticed she could not look me in my eyes...so when it came down for both parties to pay I did. And he didn't bc he a card. They told him they don't take his bank or credit card... He said he doesn't have cash but be mindful I paid him cash money...So we left went to his bank and he Deposit the money into his account.... Something strange happened there.

We love Closing with Commerce Title. Always on time, always Professional and the staff is a group of really nice fun people.

We used them to finalize the sale of our property and we were not impressed by their communication levels. On the day of our closing we go through all of the paperwork and when I take out my checkbook to write the closing cost check they tell me that I have to have a cashier's check or equivalent for that amount. They tell me this at 4:55 on a weekday so we had to rush to the bank to ensure we could close that day. I would recommend them in spite of this oversight but be sure that you ask questions if you are a first time user of such services.

We did a "remote closing" for a house we purchased in Baton Rouge. Commerce Title could not have made things easier. They were alway available, very knowledgeable, and pleasent to work with. Everything went just seamlessly. Thanks Commerce!! Highly recommend.
