Went to the DMV pulled #13 they were on #90 I left. Next day I got there before they open waited 20 mins pulled #79 they were in #69. At number #73 they made the announcement that the office was closing and everyone needed to leave. No reason. Highly upset I left and went to Acension Auto. The staff was welcoming and very helpful I was in and out in less than 5 mins. I wish I had thought about Acension Auto sooner. The customer service was exceptional. I recommend them to everyone!

I def recommend this OMV office to y’all!! I came to get my real ID this morning. I walked in the office at around 9:10am and left at 9:40. Mannnn 30 mins with no appointment!! This is def the quickest experience I’ve ever had in an OMV office. And their employees are waaaay nicer than those on Independence Blvd. After I was waiting like only 5 mins, a lady came to tell me that someone would be with me soon. Like ma’am 5 mins is really not a big deal for an OMV office LOL Anyways, I highly recommend this OMV office over the main one in Baton Rouge!

Ascension Auto Title is the only place you should go. I spent endless hours on the phone with the DMV to get told my issue was resolved and it was not. I spent two days back and forth with another local company who gave me more forms to fill out and said it would cost extra. Within 25 minutes Mindy cleared everything up, renewed my registration and it cost me less. Ascension Auto Title is one trip and done!

This place is fantastic. My Dad passed away and I was dealing with titles, donation paperwork, needing notary multiple times. They are always efficient, fast and friendly!!!

Came in around 4:17 to get a hard copy of my license and they close at 4:30. They helped me and answered any questions I had. Also, super sweet!
