Not a good company to work with. They don't return calls never response to email. Emailed Laura five times about real estate transaction she never bothered to email me back zero service I'll make sure my next buying experience will never be at this office.

"Forgot" to send my Home Insurance check and nearly cost me a cancellation! They had one job and they failed! Stay away. Update..2 days later found out they did not pay my flood insurance either, saying "it was an oversite"!! Wow, do not trust a real estate transaction with this company!

A simple phone call when answering a question, "They made feel stupid" whomever answered the call (the closer) her tone was condescending. Mind you I'm a buyer looking for a title company and do not appreciate the company making me feel dumb, because I want clarification on the question of closing costs? Thank you for not being so kind in the phone.
