Worked with Leigh and Susan. Received no communication whatsoever during the closing process. Received FedEx closing documents in the mail without being notified they were on the way. Didn’t even get a chance to review the final closing documents prior to them being FedEx’d to me. I live out of state and an error in paperwork would cause an unnecessary delay on the sale of house. No consideration was given. Had to constantly fish for information to figure out what was going on. To add to this, I asked that the final funds be disbursed via overnight check instead of wiring. They didn’t even bother to send over a tracking number for the check. Terrible company to work with.

My husband had an awful experience with selling our home with this company. No communication, no breakdown or explanation of paperwork sent to us to close on the sale of our home. Made the experience of selling our home much more stressful than it needed to be. It's unfortunate that what seems like a well-rated company didn't meet the expectations of making this process as straight-forward & uncomplicated, as it should have been.

Had a closing here recently and Debbie was efficient and accurate. There was almost a delay in the closing but that was due to an error that my Realtor made and Debbie got the issue squared away. I don't have any reference to compare their fees to but I would definitely consider using them whenever the time comes to sell my home.
