Catfish1I was there at 9:03 a.m. on Tuesday all I needed was my card replaced (chip barely worked ). It took :45 mins to get a new card. HERES what happened ....after my old card was cut in half the computer stopped working and I could not get a new card until this was fixed first. The customer service person would not ask anyone for help even after I ask is there anyone here that can help? she stated "everyone is busy" . But she was willing to ask if I could come back sometime later that day. she restarted her computer after about :15 of saying " I don't know what happed". well after waiting for the restart and the staring at the monitor finally she decides to call the help center. another :15 mins goes by and I'm being kind on the 45 mins too.

Kenneth Moe1Absolutely the worst chain of banks I have ever had to deal with. Iv cashed 6 checks with them and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to deal with something different. First time wasn't too bad just took too long, did not ask me for more then one i.d then next week I'm asked for 2 forms of i.d whatever, I give them my company i.d that says the company name on it same as the checks they had to call and look stuff up and call again it took them 30 min to cash a freaking check. Are you kidding me, then week after I'm told I can't use the company i.d I have to use something else. I seriously do not know how the hell people bank here, If i was raised diffrent i would probably demolish EVERY KNOWN LOCATION.

Greg Geile1Hands down the most difficult and totally incompetent retail banker I have had to deal with. Being a private banking customer offers many services that are appreciated, however when a branch employee is unwilling to accommodate they are pointless. BMO still has my business no thanks to Josefina B from this branch.

robert tiedje5On 4/28/19 I did a review of the worst bank I've ever dealt with, total advertising fraud and the worst customer service possible. With a 783 credit score i was told I don't qualify for specials. The bank personal was either rude or uncaring, other than Jim Johnson who seems to care but not much he could do about the false advertising and absolute lies their online loan specialists tell (Andrew Parent) for one. He will tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear then totally disregard and send you BS paperwork to sign. I made complaints to five different people who could care less. Then a Mr. David Colby called me re: my problem. MR. Colby is a VP of lending and a superstar in customer service. You would't think a VP would take time for a small loan $50k but my house is paid for and I don't owe anybody a dime so he knew there was a problem. Not only did he honor the rate and term he treated me like I was important. End result is I made the loan and when I walk in the bank i'm treated like a customer should be. They need big time help with customer service which Mr. Colby is working to correct. He works out of the Naperville office so if you have a problem, call him. (sorry Dave) I know your busy but there should not be one bad review for a bank that has the upper management Harris does. I'm a retired policeman who always treated people as I would want my family treated, everyone should practice that rule.

David Fleming1Just wanted to change so twenty's into hundreds, they kept stating policy that if no account too bad. They looked up and saw that my wife has a loan through them but that doesn't count as an account. I was the only customer so I guess I was bothering them.

Chris Robison1I've been at this place for years they suck I never had so many problems I've had another bank account for about 4 years and never had these kind of problems thank God I'm canceling my wife told me you years ago to cancel and I should have go to chase you won't have problems
