terrible service and extreme wait times. Had to call back 3 times to request the same document, which still didn't come until several hours after the 3rd attempt. TWO THUMBS DOWN!!

It's impossible to get someone on the phone. Then, when you do, they aren't helpful at all. I spent 2 hours on the phone with them just to find out they can't provide an E-Title form. Would not recommend

The worst customer service and very slow. I bought my leased vehicle and have been waiting to get the title since a month in order to get my car registered.

Worst customer service ever experienced. No one will ever answer your call..... ever. Wish I would have know this level of support prior to purchasing a $60k vehicle.

Horrible Customer Service. They are rude. I am often on hold for >30 minutes. I like the vehicle. I very much dislike dealing with AFS.

I have tried to call to change my address, and have been put on hold for hours today. I tried to change it online, and there was no way to do it there, either. I called my local dealership to see if they could help, and they just gave me the same phone number that does not answer. Embarrassingly bad customer service.

Terrible TERRIBLE customer service. Audi makes great cars but do yourself a favor and finance it with an independent financial institution.

LEASED A USED AUDI, USED BECAUSE IT WAS DEMO CAR AND HAD 5,000 MILES ON IT. FINANCE GAL TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY IF I WANTED TO BUY AT END THIS $27,000 FIGURE WOULD GO DOWN. COME TO FIND OUT YESTERDAY SHE LIED AND AUDI SHOW ROOM AND AUDI FINANCIAL ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR EACH OTHER. PISSED OFF EVEN THOUGH NICEST CAR I COULDN'T BUY A USED 2014 ALLROAD FOR $49,000. AND I'M STUCK WITH THE RAILS AND BIKE RACK I BOUGHT FOR IT THINKING IT WOULD BE MY CAR FOR EVER. SO GO LOOK AT THEM, BUY THEM BUT DON'T LEASE AS ONE HAND DOENS'T KNOW WHAT THE OTHER ONE IS DOING.

No customer service. For God's sake, their website doesn't even work, it never has! You cannot get someone on the phone, no one will call you back, simply no support what so ever!
