This process was so fast and simple. I did not think I would be able to get the loan because of my credit. A co-worker referred BMG to me and even though I am a member of the Union, I was still doubtful. I did not get year round pay this summer and I have been stressing because of my bills. Thanks to this process, I can pay my bills and not have to worry about repayment because it comes right out of my check.

I was so loving this company until I was off of work for OWCP. One payment was miss and I wasn’t aware until I needed to refinance, called talked too someone at Bmg and they a sure me if I make the payment it’s nothing to fix the account. Made the payment and my account was never fix. Called and spoke to several rep about my account but still got no straight answer. It’s was very unprofessional and the manager never returned my calls but my payments still to this day come out like clock work outta of my pay check.

I inquired about services through this company after hearing about them through a co-worker. After applying I was called back by a representative who gave me no reasoning for my denial iust I'm denied. I tried reaching out to someone through the email posted on the site to no avail. I decided to call back for a few questions to be answered and was connected with someone who wanted to continue to answer what he wanted to answer and not what was asked, yet he could tell me I filed out the wrong loan option and I still have yet to know which was the correct option I should have filled out.
