So I get called to Mr. Munoz mother's home, I show up 20 minutes before the appointment because it was a phone deposition with a judge and his mother who's bed ridden and I wanted to make sure I was there on time. To my surprise when I get called to meet his mother in her room where we are supposed to have a phone deposition with the Judge, there was still a barking dog! Even the Judge threatened to end the session if you could not control the dog situation. My job was to verify the identity of Mr. Munoz's mother via Driver License which she had, but the judge also wanted me to see her social security card, WHICH THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO PRODUCE (knowing this was the whole purpose of me being there), Mr. Munoz mother said in front of me, she had given it to her son and that he had put it in his wallet....as an alternative I was given a Medicare card, which the information is supposed to match social sec cards info, I did read the number on that card to the judge, and the judge said that that information did not match her records. At that point the judge ended the session for failure to produce the necessary documents to complete the process of verifying the documentation. Since I was not able to complete the job I even gave Mr. Munoz a discount from the agreed price. Mr. Munoz I think that trying to smear my name and reputation , when in fact things went wrong due to your own lack of preparedness is wrong and despicable. People who deal with me know what kind of professional I am, and that my attention to detail is second to none. Shame on you!

First let me start by saying this is a free market and you are free to shop around, our prices have been the same for a long time now, they are listed on our website for everyone to see, therefore they are not a secret. We are the most reputable company in town and have doing business for almost 10 years now, AND EVERYTHING WE DO IS BY THE BOOK. The reason our prices are more expensive is because we actually get you the certification by shipping your document overnight using FEDEX and we obtain your legalization from the only legal source. Also let me explain something: the certification you are referring to, "is issued by only one place in Tallahassee for the whole sate", which is almost 10 hours away from Miami, therefore if it is issued by only in one place in the state and its more than 10 hours away you should really be questioning how are they able to sell it to you on the spot? If you obtained you certification on the spot or same day in Miami, this means you certification actually belongs to a different document and not the one you have and the notary most likely had to backdate the notarization to match and make the date a previous date so the date of the notary it preceded the date of the certification they already had and sold to you. This practice is "ILLEGAL" AND IT IS FRAUD and it is a federal offense because it is FALSIFYING a STATE DOCUMENT, and now you are involved in aiding this kind of practice with your document, If I was you I would be very worried as for the Authenticity of your document, and If the entity you are presenting the certification wanted to verify if the certification you have is Authentic they could very easily verify that is not. So good luck with that, If you want things done legally and by the book let me know, because that is the way we do business, not like the company you mentioned in your review. in my experience always always always if its too good to be true it probably is, your case is no different. If you want to check for yourself just ask the people that sold your the document for the "reference number that the state gave your certification" and then call the secretary of State and cross check with them to see if your certification is authentic and was issued for your document, only 2 things can happen either I'm right, and if not you can proof me wrong.
