Sarah was an amazing agent. I started the process of selling my house on June 28th. She dropped by for a house visit and told me all the things I needed to fix to better market my home. I fixed all the things she recommended and then on Aug 12th we listed my property. I was very nervous about the listing price because I thought we listed it too low. Then she calmed me down and fully explained the whole process to me. That weekend we had over 25 home visits and by Aug 15th we had 20 offers for our home. Sunday night she called us and we went over the bids and then went into contract on our home on Aug 16th. 4 Days on the Market and our home sold for 11% higher than our listing price.
