Always friendly, helpful & professional. I sometimes go in to make payments but usually just use my banks bill pay service to avoid their service charge. They have nice perks that I haven't heard of elsewhere. I'd finance with them again

I haven’t had a problem with them everytime i walk in they are all friendly and welcoming. They gave me a chance with my credit so I don’t think their is nothing negative to say. I saw some negative comments that say (they just want your money) of course they do they loaned you that money. It wasn’t a gift from grandma. Pay up and stop the hate.

Their website is horrible. You can’t access payment history, it’s $9.00 to make a payment online, you can’t see payoff. It’s Mayberry except Sarah was nice when you called.

Very unprofessional. They kept sending our bill to the wrong address even though we gave them our new information multiple times. We also paid off our vehicle, in fact, we slightly over paid yet we got a bill for 1 cent. Somehow we owe 1 cent after over paying. One of the worst parts is, they charge a $9 processing fee to pay online. So to give them their 1 cent, we have to pay them $9.01. It's nearly impossible to get a hold of someone to talk to. I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay away!

Haven’t had any issues for the nearly two years since financing through Balboa. I will agree that the $9 service charge for payments over the phone is quite ridiculous… way too high. And their website is of no help at all… can’t make payments online??? That’s unheard of these days… friendly staff but, at the end of the day, they need a major update.

Not impressed. I bought a used car and dealership financed thru Balboa. Website won't take payments, making payments by phone is a $9 charge. Calling the phone number does not allow me to check payments due or to verify recent payment has been received. Its almost 2021 and this bank hasn't caught up with 20 yearold technology.

Cindy is just so wonderful and helpful it is people like he that makes customers like myself appreciative of here hard work . my girlfriend goes inside the office every month on the 5th to pay a car payment for my mother-in-law and I will admit at first we were all skeptical about this place just because honda gave us problems when we bought the car but I must say my thoughts about this place have really changed all the staff are super friendly and ready to help with any questions I may have my girlfriend told me that Cindy had went over and beyond the call of duty to help my girlfriend out by making it convenient for her to pay the bill since we drive all the way from covina Cindy has made it easier for her to do her payment and I am so thankful for her and all of the staff at this place for being kind to us when it times we probably didn't deserve it either since at first we had a attitude towards them but only because we were upset at something that they had no control of and I now realize that we should have never been upset with them so I am sorry for that but thanks for showing great customer service skills to a person who did not deserve it the time but over time I have grown to like this company a lot and I highly recommend this place now .all the staff go out of their way to help people and give answers to any question that u may have .😁

Subpar customer service; they just want their money. Thomas Reyes in particular; he likes to call from different numbers & the second you answer the phone he starts asking about your current address, etc.
