Bijan khounani was the sales man who served us he was gracious helpful knowledgeable and landed us on the car of our dreams. Went in to get an oil change and my fluids refilled then on my paperwork there was suggestion for an alignment. Now I'm driving on the freeway and my steering wheel is facing the wrong direction. I just had my alignment done last week for a new tire ಠ_ಠ . I tried calling multiple times got hung up on while on hold then my service advisor just disappeared and was told he wasn't picking up for some reason during business hours. I called again this morning with the same outcome...

I seem to always drop a lot of money here but my car continues to work just fine. I haven't purchased a car from them, I only have done most of the maintenance on my Prius C which has over 100k miles.

Claremont Toyota has taken care of me ever since I bought my Tundra from them.The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle or having a vehicle serviced at this dealership anytime.
