This bank tried to save money on IT by upgrading its entire software system in two days. They canceled every account holder's ATM and debit cards, but OOPS! forgot to mail replacement cards ahead of time! These pictures are the line of hundreds of people trying to get access to their money. Phone lines totally down. Totally unprofessional and incompetent management.

The Employee at the front desk was rude and was not there to help but to say "I don't know how this could happen" when told her I received a call from the Amimas Credit Union fraud department reporting to me fraudulent charges, either this was her 1st day on the job or she was accusing me a lying. I have been a member since the 80's I will now be finding a new bank.

Our experience with Animas Credit Union has been good so far! We left Wells Fargo and decided to go local. We are happy with our choice. The customer service is great (although a little slow in drive through) and their online system works well too. They are easy to communicate with if I suspect fraud on my debit card (which has only been once and there wasn't actually fraud). The only complaint was that we had to wait until the END of our expiration month on the debit card before we got new ones, which meant I had to wait to change my subscription payment methods to some stuff until the very last minute. Just more work for me but everything ended up fine after I got the new card.

Not very happy with their service through all this China Flu. Been on hold for 48 minutes because our debit card was compromised. Still can't get a human to answer the phone. I'm glad I do business with another bank and I withdrewvall my money from this bank and deposit in my other bank.

I am getting literally no customer service, or support from these people. I'm starting to wonder if banking with them has been a mistake. I'm working a long way from Farmington, can't go in to make cash deposits on my account as I am 800 miles away North of Denver Colorado. They apparently don't want me to keep my accounts active, which is not good for me as I have recurring payments on loans with them. I don't want to be screwed over because they are unwilling to simply answer the phone.

I can’t access my money at all. You’ve closed your banks or the lines are across town. Cards weren’t sent out in time. This shows how grossly inconsiderate and uncaring this place is. I feel bad for your employees, I feel bad for all of your customers. We will be closing our account as soon as we are able to get our money from you. Shame on you.

Absolutely horrible place to do business with now. I was with ACU for 15 years, the changes they've made over the past 2 years is unbelievable and the way they treat their members/customers is ridiculous and beyond belief especially the business accounts.

Inside help is good. Drive thru is a HECK of a wait, they should have 2 or 3 tellers always! I noticed there's only 1 teller due to back up of vehicles and people returning/receiving their money/signing this & that. Waited 10+ mins for the third time here. Animas CU on the east side is quicker, and they need another location on the west side, dislike traveling thru town to make transactions .

I had hoped that the staff would be bright enough to read a clock. The sign clearly states the drive through teller is open until 5:45 but they closed the booth after the person in front of me at 5:37.
