On Saturday I called to get information about a payday loan and the lady there Chelly was very nice and helpful. She gave me other options and I will go visit the location or the online site.

Good luck. I received a loan for $400. The money was debited out of my account but they are stating they never got paid. I have provided proof from my bank showing $445 was paid back and they just say we don't see that. I guess this is what lawyers are for!

Really rude customer service- you would think they weren't making loads of money off the people who come here! The woman behind the counter was obviously not happy to be there & made sure everyone else knew it - would not answer questions to speed things up but made everyone sit down & wait for her to complete whatever she was doing. There must be better places to borrow money at 500% interest who care about their customers- I will never come back & plan to leave negative comments wherever I can!
