I was already frustrated when I walked in, but Amber, wow, she was very patient and polite, she walked me through the entire process, explained to me the different options available and assisted me in a professional manner. Carolyn B5I was in a difficult situation that led me to having to go here so I was already in a mood and probably not the kindest of customers at that point. BUT, the staff was AMAZING! Not only did they provide me excellent customer service and get me what I needed, but they turned my mood completely around! I was smiling and laughing by the time I left! If you have to ask for someone, ask for Amber...she is THE BEST!
