tokyo anime5I loved the service I got from the place it was amazing the lady who was helping me pay my bills was so nice I think her name was Erica she was so kind but her co worker was giving me a head ache all she did was scream on the phone cursing and yelling! The whole conversation was way to personal for her to be at work and it was upsetting.

Victor Manuel4The only reason why I do not give them a 5 is because there has been lots of times where I have gone to ace in their richmond ca location 45mins to 1 hour before their closing time and they were already closed. Please if you say you are going to be open until a certain hour respect it and actually be open till then.
