Althea Hugley1I cant give zero stars, if i could, i would. All kinds of hidden fees, no explanations, just lies. This bank, (netspend)is stealing money from people just trying to get by. You're better off going to the local bank. Ace charges your bank fees and their fees plus, an atm fee. So if you have a 20 dollar check to cash youll get back 1 dollar because the rest is fees! Two months with ace and the fees are in the hundreds. How? Hidden fees. I'm out of the ace business. Those big wigs have to steal in order to stay in business. I will tell everyone I know to tell everyone they know not to do business with ace, or netspend, or any of its affiliates. Just say NO TO ACE--NETSPEND
