Just bought my first home with them the whole process was smooth and easy I work full time and was able to block alot of my paperwork ect. Through email or text message. I would 100% go through them again in the future

Tampa Bay Title works with many of the 130+ agents within our real estate brokerage, along with more than a dozen other brokerages in the area, each with even larger active agent counts than our own. I can say without hesitation that the work they perform is professional, courteous, and (most importantly for title companies) consistent. I would highly recommend this title company to any agent or client for any of their title needs.

I have yet to work with a title company that goes above and beyond like Tampa Bay Title. They are a pleasure to work with and are extremely courteous to our clients through out the whole transaction. They communicate effective and frequently. I have to say this is the worst Title company my husband & I have ever dealt with. They kept us waiting when we signed. When we finally closed they never communicated to us about wire transfer. Haven't received money yet? I don't recommend them. It's like they don't know what they're doing? Not professional at all!

Brianna Lavender from Tampa Bay Title company is absolutely the most unprofessional, rude , condescending person I have had to deal with. She verbally attacked me on the phone when I called to inquire about the steps I needed to take for the closing. This was the second time she was rude to me. The first time she was unprofessional I ignored her behavior because I thought maybe she was having a bad day. The second time she was rude , she decided to verbally attack me on the phone. The verbal assault lasted 2 minutes at which time I decided to hang up on her. It's important that someone who is buying or selling real estate to trust and have confidence in the title company handling their real estate transactions. I will never do business with anyone from this company. I highly advise that anyone trying to sell their property to choose a different title company.

Terrible Title Co. Worst closing ever. We have closed 14 times with other title companies and never had any problems. The closing agent Heather, never communicated anything to us. 3 business days before closing I had to call to request a Settlement Statement. Her answer was "Well, I already sent one to the buyer." Well, the seller gets one also. 2 days prior to closing I called the RE office we were scheduled to close - they never heard of us and had no closing scheduled? Tampa Bay Title had moved the location and never told us! They are EXTREMELY UNORGANIZED with no communication to the customer. Terrible, terrible service.

Heather at Tampa Bay Title is amazing. This is my first closing and I really asked a lot of questions. I had a response from Heather within minutes to every email I sent. She is leading me through this process with patience, professionalism, and making it a happy time as it should be.

I want to give a shout out to Crystal Woods at Tampa Bay Title. She was there for our family on closing day for the purchase of our new home. I can't thank her enough for all her hard work and dedication to help us close. She is truly a miracle worker. I would highly recommend her and her team. Thank you!
