I have personally done business with 1st Franklin’s Morgan City’s office for nearly two decades. The entire team represents the highest customer service levels I have experienced. Information is always accurate, clear, and detailed. The turn-around time is swift, and the process is seamless from start to finish. Although I now live in the Lafayette area, I continue to do business with this office. I have always put my trust in the ladies to make the best decisions for not only me but also my family. As soon as my son turned 18, I brought him there to begin establishing his credit, and as always, it was a great experience. The personal support and hometown appeal make this location the BEST! I genuinely feel like family and not just another customer. I would recommend them unreservedly.

The ladies who run the Morgan City branch are exceptional. Everyone is always so friendly, experienced, eager to help and their customer service is top notch! For many years now I have dealt with this branch for personal assistance, as well as business relations(State Farm) and I highly recommend their financial services to everyone!
