Jamie is extremely helpful in all aspects of the required paperwork needed to buy or sell a car private sale. She has certainly saved my butt a few times from being scammed by someone telling me all i needed was a bill of sale - absolutely not! I called Jamie requesting a "Power of Attorney" that was on file in my name. The guy I was married to for 24 years "Tom Fancett" has stolen over $10 MM (that would be millions). I understand that she recently had a loss in her family and I am hoping she will respond soon.

Very rude from the start of the phone call. With a business like this you would think that people would try there best to help with all matters instead you get attitude and what seems to be yelling at you on the phone. That was not a pleasant experience. I would tell anyone to find a much better place to work with.

I would love to give a good review for tags & titles but sadly, I can not. Every time I have used place the lady at the counter Donna has been very rude at the beginning of each interaction. She always has an attitude towards customers and was very rude to my mother, father, husband and myself. We will no longer use this location. Please Find someone who is nice and smiles. The only reason one star was giving is because had to give a star.

Do NOT go here just to get information. You WILL be charged for information. We tried to just find out how much it was going to cost to transfer a title, that's it, that's all we wanted. Instead she started filling out papers and notarizing things then said "that'll be $60.00". We never asked her to do anything other than give us a price for a title transfer. We went in knowing we had no money right now, which is why we only asked how much it would be. Never once did my husband say, "go ahead and start the process", or, "I'm here for a title transfer". And now, she has our title until we pay for services we NEVER asked for. Ridiculous! She seems like the perfect scammer.

The local DMV tried to rip me off ILLEGALLY for nine months, but I knew the law. A friend referred me to Tags and Titles. They fixed the entire issue in less than a week and for a fraction of the cost. I couldn't recommend them higher.

Absolute best! Jamie and her crew are so helpful and efficient. She has gone above and beyond for my family! Will never use anyone else!
