It is truly a case of the right hand not knowing what the left hand is doing. The customer service agents sound like they are all seventeen years old, and they have no clue. Furthermore, it is impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. They are not outwardly rude, but it is like they are trained to be difficult from the very start. When you ask for a manager, they say they are one. When you ask for a superior, they say someone will have to call you back, and nobody calls back. Was going to move my personal checking and business accounts to this bank. Thankfully, just working with their horrendous on-line system along with a call to the bank and customer service were enough for me to know better and walk away. Thank you, First Bank of Wyoming, for being outwardly horrible, or I may have wound up with an account there. If your holding company, Glacier Bank, is looking to make a profit, then they are backing the wrong horse.”
