      They were very helpful finding me lower interest rates on my vehicle loans also had a good extended warranty that saved my butt because the car i just bought blew up with in a month. Always really friendly and take care of my needs.

      Just got a letter threatening $25/month fee for an inactive account. After years of grief with auto/ motorcycle loans we finally gave up on this bank. This “inactive” account was opened on our behalf when we took out a car loan. Never used it and refuse the dealerships now when they try to offer loans from here. Blue, don’t bother posting that you’re gonna reach out to discuss I’ve fell for that one too many times lol.

      Worst customer service ever. They will just transfer you and transfer you until you give up on the call. The branch is not much better. They will just ignore you until you call them out on it. And they will charge you over $600 per month if you don’t have the correct insurance. Not no insurance, just the wrong insurance.

      If you want your money to go into other peoples accounts on multiple occasions then I recommend. Honestly wouldn't advice my worst enemy to ever bank here. Place is a joke on top of its employees. Very unprofessional as well as communication throughout the franchise is a joke. For as wealthy as this company is, pretty sure they would go above and beyond so mess ups don't happen and things are caught, but that's the last of these peoples worries.

      In Feb 2019 I had transferred an auto loan from my brother to myself. I was unaware that it counted as a sale and that you needed to pay sales tax. Ryliegh, the loan officer, had failed to mention that it was considered a sale and I'd have to pay sales tax. With 6 months having past, I had no notice from blue or the county asking me to pay sales tax. Now, 6 months later I get a notice from the county saying I owed sales tax plus late fees and blue refuses to accept their mistake and help out one of their members while saying I'm lying about not ever received a bill of sale.
