I reapplied for the loan that is based off income and other factors, not credit only. Got an email the next morning I was approved pending additional information. Never got a call from them so I called around 4 pm. The girl that answered the phone was very rude and I asked her what info I needed to send them like bank statements, paystubs l, bills etc and she told me my application was denied, I asked her why and she stated I would get a notice. I asked her how I was denied when they didn’t even have any of my financial information like paystubs and bank statements and she got an attitude and said her manager told her to deny me because of my credit. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I have been dealing with serious health issues and yes my credits bad because of COVID reducing my hours. I have never felt so disrespected!!!”
