Alisson Garza1I called this office in Texas city to apply for a loan and they tell me I need to come in office when the website says I can apply over the phone.I drive from Galveston to apply and the manager Eugina is so rude. On her phone while doing my application ignoring my conversations . Would not recommond this location to anyone. I felt judged while doing this by what I was wearing and because I’m black. Racist people. Never going back. Got approved for Loan for $500. Didn’t take because customer service was poorly.

A Zed1I am so tired of these people! I dont even have a loan taken out with them....I was listed as a reference by a fellow coworker when he took out the loan over 5yrs ago. Every time my friend is a day late, they hound us with constant calls requesting information even though he always properly pays them, including their late fees. My friend and I have asked repeatedly for me to be taken off as a contact for his account; I have blocked several numbers and still they manage to get in contact with me to try to find out why my friend is ignoring their calls. These people are vultures to say it nicely. If you want a business to constantly harass your friends and family, this is the place.
